Santa, Snowman and Elf Chalky Paint Mason Jars are a very cute way to package a gift in or they are cute by themselves!
We used Decoart Chalky Paint, no prep work needed just paint!
Santa Mason Jar:
- Paint Jar with Rouge Red Decoart Chalky Paint by using a sponge wedge.
- Coat the jar 3-4 times letting the paint dry completely between each coat.
- Paint the lid with Everlasting Decoart Chalky Paint using the same technique as the jar.
- Once dry add a premade Santa Hat and Belt by Darice.
- Glue boa on around the lid using glue gun.
Snowman Mason Jar:
- Paint Jar with Everlasting White Decoart Chalky Paint by using a sponge wedge.
- Coat the jar 3-4 times letting the paint dry completely between each coat.
- Paint the lid with Carbon Black Decoart Chalky Paint using the same technique as the jar.
- Once dry glue a premade Snowman Hat by Darice, buttons and ribbon for a scarf!
Elf Mason Jar:
- Paint Jar with New Life Green Decoart Chalky Paint by using a sponge wedge.
- Coat the jar 3-4 times letting the paint dry completely between each coat.
- Paint the lid with Everlasting Decoart Chalky Paint using the same technique as the jar.
- Once dry glue white buttons on to jar.
- Make a collar using red felt and cutting it in a zigzag patter, then sew on mini bells to each tip.
- Wrap collar around mason jar and glue.
- Wrap boa around mason jar and glue!
