Order Processing

Normal order processing usually takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Cost

We have three standard rates based on the delivery address. Standard West US shipping rate is $10.95, Central US $15.95 and East US $19.95. Shipping rate for Hawaii and Alaska is $35 and is excluded from free shipping promotions. See map below for region details.

Shipping Delivery

Orders ship via UPS or USPS Standard Ground (3 – 5 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 – 5 business days after processing depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $35 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?

For some items, an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and/or weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout. Orders containing items indicated as heavy or bulky and/or items with an additional oversized shipping charge do not qualify for free shipping promotions.

Shipping Promotion Exclusions

Orders containing items that are heavy or bulky do not qualify for free shipping promotions. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Gift Cards:

E-Gift Card Orders

  • Same-day delivery, on all orders, pending payment authorization. If not delivered with in 4 hours, please check your junk or spam email folders. To contact our online team click here.
  • All E-Gift cards are redeemable online and in store.
  • There are three ways to redeem:
    1. If you choose to print your e-gift card, then the e-gift card number (16 digits) and PIN (4 digits) must be legible to redeem. Present the printed e-gift card to your cashier at time of payment.
    2. If you choose to redeem from your mobile device, inform your cashier and have the 16-digit e-gift card number legible, enlarged, and screen brighten.
    3. To redeem online, please have e-gift card number (16 digits) and PIN (4 digits) at time of purchase through our online ecommerce site.
  • Gift Card must be presented at the time of service. Craft Warehouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. This gift card is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. View our Terms & Conditions.
