Handcrafted with Care Make-n-Take Events: Dive into the world of handcrafting with our special care-themed Make-n-Take events on Thursday, March 21st and 28th, Friday the 22nd and 29th, and double the fun on Saturday the 23rd and the grand finale on the 30th.
Featured Spring Craft Projects Include:
1. Thurs. 21st: [Spring Critter Coaster] Create charming macramé coasters, perfect for adding a touch of boho chic to your home. You get your own package of 4mm macramé cording you will get to create your own critter macramé coasters for spring.
2. Fri. 22nd: [Garden Wall Art] Craft a unique and eye-catching wall art pieces to adorn your outdoor spaces. You will be creating with Simple Stories Spring Garden line. We will be using rub-on to transfer a beautiful design to our hanging wood tassel decor. Transform the piece into a work of art but it will be taken to the next level using a die cut to attach a postage card look to our final piece!
3. Sat. 23rd: [Alcohol Ink Butterflies] Explore the mesmerizing world of alcohol ink as you create vibrant butterfly designs. Our new Metal Butterfly Wall Art is stunning on it’s on but we’re transforming to a colorful masterpiece with alcohol inks! Our store experts will help you blend your alcohol colors to create eye catching butterflies. Adding a little detail with posca paint pens! Creating your own stunning focal point for any space.
4. Sat. 23rd: [Wood Burning PNW States] Show your Pacific Northwest pride by creating custom wood burnings of your favorite states. Create a simple state design on a wood disk ornament.
5. Thurs. 28th: [Spring Cards] Make personalized greeting cards that capture the essence of the season. Choosing your favorite Collection Card Kit from Simple Stories you get a taste of how fun card making can be. Our store experts will show you how to create 1 of these simple, easy, and eye-catching cards. Then you will get to take the rest of the kit home to finish.
6. Fri. 29th: [Gemstone Bracelet] Design your own stunning bracelet using beautiful gemstones. You will get to choose your own 8mm round gemstone strands unique to your personality. Having staff there to help you should learn the tricks to tying your stretch bracelets along with metal stamping your own charm with an initial or design stamp.
5. Sat. 30Th: [Ladybug Apothecary] Join us for our last day of DIY Fest to create your own mini garden apothecary! Mixing in lights and an adorable ladybug fairy that will never fail to bring a smile to your face.
