Supplies:

Medium Paper Mache Cones

Acrylic Knobs

Chipboard

Glass candle stick base

Jute String

Bells

Glue gun

E6000 Glue

Tab Punch by Little B

Little b tag punch

Directions for:

Jute String Cone:

  1. Start at the top of the Paper Mache Cone with your string, put a little glue gun dot to secure the string onto the cone. Slowly wrap string around the cone adding a small amount of glue gun to hold it in place.
  2. Once you get to the bottom of the cone secure again with glue.
  3. Make a base for the cone by cutting out a circle out of chipboard slightly smaller then your cone base.
  4. Glue circle to the inside of your cone using glue gun.
  5. Add your candle stick base using E6000 glue.
  6. Tie a piece of Jute String to the cone and add bells on the ends.

Paper rip cone:

  1. Cut the top off of the Paper Mache Cone using a mini saw, knife or sharp scissors.
  2. Choose 2 pieces of 12×12 scrapbook paper.
  3. Rip small pieces and glue to cone using glue gun.
  4. Once the cone is covered with paper then add knob to the top of the cone using glue gun.
  5. Then wrap the top with Jute string and tie leaving a tail for 2 bells.
  6. Make a base for the cone by cutting out a circle out of chipboard slightly smaller then your cone base
  7. Glue circle to the inside of your cone using glue gun.
  8. Add your candle stick base using E6000 glue.

Paper lace cone:

  1. Cut the top off of the Paper Mache Cone using a mini saw, knife or sharp scissors.
  2. Wrap paper around the cone and use glue gun to hold it in place.
  3. Cut off all the extra paper around top and bottom of the cone.
  4. Glue strip of lace ribbon around the bottom of the cone.
  5. Add knob to the top of the cone using glue gun.
  6. Then wrap the top with Jute string and tie leaving a tail for 2 bells.
  7. Make a base for the cone by cutting out a circle out of chipboard slightly smaller then your cone base
  8. Glue circle to the inside of your cone using glue gun.
  9. Add your candle stick base using E6000 glue.

Tag Punch cone:

  1. Cut the top off of the Paper Mache Cone using a mini saw, knife or sharp scissors.
  2. Punch out 2 – 12×12 sheets of scrapbook paper using the Ticket punch.
  3. Cut tickets apart and glue on layer by layer using a glue gun.
  4. Add knob to the top of the cone using glue gun.
  5. Then wrap the top with Jute string and tie leaving a tail for 2 bells.
  6. Make a base for the cone by cutting out a circle out of chipboard slightly smaller then your cone base.
  7. Glue circle to the inside of your cone using glue gun.
  8. Add your candle stick base using E6000 glue.
